We Did Everything There

When we arrived in Venice on day 3, we watched the sun go down with a bottle of champagne on Venice beach.
We finally got our Mustang convertible on Day 3 as well, after having to drive around in a Mustang hardtop until our reserved car had been returned. This is a rare photo when the top was up, which was like, never.
And we ate like fools. Here's a picture of Megan posing at our waterfront table at Ophelia's (reservations get you choice seats). Unbelievable food. I recommend stopping by there if you're ever on Siesta Key in Sarasota.
After all was said and done, we had been to every place I listed in the 20 Things list. Truthfully, we slept until noon some days and managed to never run out of places to go and things to see. The people we stayed with were fantastic, old friends and late nights with multiple bottles of wine, hot tubs, playing guitar with the guy that taught you everything - it was a great trip.
Except, Megan never touched the damn dolphin. We saw wild ones, and wild alligators, and a wild hermit crab. We saw manatees and stuff and Mote Marine laboratory. We couldn't find a dolphin to touch. Damn dolphins.
